Summary:
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Survey CAD Manager to join our team in Jeffersonville, IN.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD platforms such as MicroStation, Civil 3D, or Trimble Business Center.
- This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of surveying projects and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Compute various types of surveys including topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
- Set up staking files for field crews using CAD software.
- Process mapping and scanning work to produce accurate survey deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers and surveyors to confirm accurate and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Assist with quality control checks to verify accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering. 7+ years of experience with CAD platforms such as MicroStation, Civil 3D, or Trimble Business Center is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
