New Reach is looking for a hands-on, AI-native MarTech builder who combines marketing technology knowledge with strong technical and problem-solving skills. This is not a traditional Marketing Operations role. You’ll build marketing systems, websites, funnels, integrations, and automations that make our marketing organization faster, more scalable, and less dependent on manual processes.

The ideal candidate is a scrappy builder and systems thinker who is comfortable using AI coding tools, APIs, automation platforms, and cloud technologies to take an idea from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch landing pages, lead magnets, funnels, and brand websites using shared infrastructure and reusable templates.
• Use AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude to rapidly build, troubleshoot, and improve marketing technology.
• Build and maintain AI/agentic workflows, MCP tools, skills, and playbooks that connect marketing systems.
• Develop integrations using APIs, webhooks, n8n, AWS, and other automation technologies.
• Identify fragile or manual processes and replace them with scalable, reliable automated systems.
• Improve or replace legacy workflows built around Zapier, spreadsheets, manual uploads, and disconnected tools.
• Support marketing tracking and measurement, including UTMs, lead capture, event tracking, attribution, and data flows.
• Maintain production-quality standards through Git, code review, testing, CI, documentation, and security best practices.
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, Brand, and MarTech teams to create tools and workflows they can use independently.
• Participate in scheduled launch/event war rooms, including occasional evenings, to monitor registration, integrations, tracking, SMS, checkout, entitlements, and other critical systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during high-impact marketing events and implement permanent fixes afterward.
• Measure improvements through time saved, reduced failures, faster launches, and fewer manual support tickets.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience using AI coding tools/agents such as Cursor, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Experience building and deploying real-world websites, applications, automations, or technical marketing solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, Git, and cloud-based systems.
• Working knowledge of Python and/or TypeScript and the ability to review and manage AI-generated production code.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with automation/orchestration tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Understanding of marketing technology concepts including funnels, landing pages, lead capture, UTMs, attribution, tracking, and CRM/marketing automation.
• Ability to map data flows, identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot integrations, and design more reliable systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup or entrepreneurial environment where you may own a project from idea through production.
• Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to enable non-technical teams to use the systems you build.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, security, scalability, and cost when choosing solutions.
