In this full-time position, our barbers and stylists love that they take home top earnings thanks to high foot traffic, generous clients, and a commission structure that rewards your talent. You'll earn an average of $30.25-$70.25/hour, with multiple ways to make money, including guaranteed hourly pay, service incentives, industry-leading retail incentives, tips, and bonuses. Your schedule will be busy, especially during peak times.As a Hair Barber and Stylist, your day will start with setting up your workstation and checking your appointments. You will greet clients warmly and discuss their preferences for hairstyles. Throughout the day, you will perform haircuts and grooming services, making sure each client leaves happy and confident. You will manage multiple clients while maintaining excellent service in a lively environment. You'll work closely with your teammates, sharing tips and learning from each other.
