Healthcare Customer Success Account Manager Hybrid Remote Permanent Position 3 days on-site, 2 remote Location: Pompano Beach, FL Salary: 100 - 110K + Looking for experience working on the Payer side of healthcare with vendor experience Managing the account relations in the Home Care space Set the strategy, run meetings etc. Are you an enthusiastic rock star looking to dive into the exciting world of Account and Project Management within a crucial healthcare sector? We are a dynamic rocket ship of a start-up in search of a detail oriented, process-driven individual to join us in managing the multitude of projects and customers that make up our rapidly growing portfolio of accounts. The ideal member will be a change agent, altering the status quo of healthcare delivery. You and your fellow team members will provide our members with an innovative and empathetic ecosystem of transparency. New team members will bring energy and excitement over helping to revolutionize the healthcare continuum and contributing to the success of our mission-driven organization. Responsibilities: * Assist in the management of diverse clients and projects within a healthcare setting. * Work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure client satisfaction and project success. * Utilize and become proficient in project management tools and processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. * Maintain and update project documentation and spreadsheets. Qualifications: * Enthusiastic and eager to learn about Project Management in the healthcare industry. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data analysis (Microsoft Product Suite specifically Excel, PM Tools like SmartSheet) * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Demonstrated intelligence and a willingness to learn. * Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting. * Previous experience working for a vendor within the Healthcare Industry for Risk and Quality
