Full-Time | Field-Based | Telecommunications Sales | Commission-Based
Marino Impact is looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives. If you enjoy meeting new people, having face-to-face conversations, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs, this could be a great opportunity to build your sales career.
You’ll work directly with customers in residential communities, introduce telecommunications products and services, answer questions, and guide interested customers through the sales process. Previous sales experience is helpful, but we’re also open to individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
Meet with potential customers in their homes and residential communities.
Introduce telecommunications products and services in a clear, professional manner.
Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Build positive relationships through genuine, face-to-face conversations.
Guide customers through the sales process from the initial conversation through completion.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers as needed.
Maintain consistent daily activity and work toward individual sales goals.
Manage your schedule and territory effectively.
Represent Marino Impact professionally during every customer interaction.
Strong face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable approaching and speaking with new customers.
Ability to listen, ask questions, and build rapport with different types of people.
Positive and professional attitude.
Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently.
Comfortable working in a field-based environment.
Ability to stay productive and focused when faced with occasional rejection.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver's license required.
Reliable personal vehicle required for daily travel.
Mobile device with cellular data required.
This is a commission-based sales position. Representatives may earn approximately $100,000–$250,000 annually, depending on individual sales performance and other factors. Actual earnings vary.
