We’re hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to support exciting event-based marketing and sales campaigns for recognized brands.
This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, and communication .
No previous industry experience is required — training is provided.
What You'll Do Meet and interact with potential customers Provide friendly, professional face-to-face customer service Represent brands at events and promotional campaigns Create a welcoming and positive customer experience Answer customer questions and sales inquiries Assist customers throughout the sales process Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services Work with your team to achieve campaign goals Contribute to a positive, energetic team environment What We're Looking For Positive, motivated, and professional attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly and comfortable speaking with people Customer-service mindset Organized and dependable Able to solve problems and take initiative Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented and willing to learn Available to work full-time Able to commute to the Chicago area on a daily basis Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or event experience is a plus — but not required.
