$60,000-$100,000 Base + Sales Commissions
A growing freight brokerage in the Fort Lauderdale area is seeking an experienced Cradle-to-Grave Freight Broker who wants greater ownership over their business and the freedom to manage the entire customer relationship.
This is a true full-lifecycle brokerage opportunity. Rather than being limited to one piece of the process, you will prospect and develop shippers, secure freight, source and negotiate with carriers, manage shipments from pickup through delivery, and maintain the customer relationship.

You'll join a lean, growing organization that values experienced brokers who can operate independently, develop business, protect margins, and build lasting customer relationships.
Compensation: $60,000-$100,000 base salary plus sales commissions, with uncapped earning potential and competitive commission splits.
