Job description

Job Summary:

The OnBase Technical Lead in Treasury serves as the principal technical authority for OnBase applications, specializing in OnBase WorkView and Workflow. This role leads the development team in designing, coding, and enhancing OnBase solutions to meet complex business needs. The position requires advanced expertise in system configuration, application development, and workflow optimization, along with hands-on leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. The role supports remote work with occasional travel to Harrisburg, PA, and involves collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development group in designing, coding, and implementing enhancements to existing OnBase applications.
  • Architect and optimize OnBase WorkView and Workflow solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Configure, develop, and maintain OnBase applications and workflow processes to ensure robust and scalable operations.
  • Plan and deploy interface, process, and workflow strategies for OnBase applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to OnBase applications.
  • Guide the team through all phases of application development including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
  • Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership in reviewing designs and recommending improvements.
  • Serve as the functional architect, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret user requirements and ensure design alignment.
  • Direct and participate in application design, development, coding, unit testing, and debugging.
  • Provide expertise and guidance during the testing process to ensure quality standards.
  • Communicate accurate status updates to team members and management.
  • Identify, track, and resolve issues, risks, and action items affecting the team s work.
  • Plan and estimate timelines for tasks to ensure timely resolution of challenges.
  • Provide ongoing training on OnBase tools and techniques to support staff capabilities.

Required Skills & Certifications:

  • Expert knowledge of OnBase WorkView and Workflow functionality.
  • Expert knowledge of OnBase systems configuration and administration.
  • Experience developing and enhancing existing OnBase applications.
  • Understanding of Unity Client and its use for OnBase applications.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
  • Compliance with state-specific background check requirements (PATCH for PA residents, state-issued background check for out-of-state candidates).

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

  • OnBase WorkView & Workflow certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI (if applicable).

Special Considerations:

  • Government equipment must not be taken or used outside of the United States by contractors.
  • Candidate must present valid photo ID and perform a 360-degree room scan during virtual interviews to verify identity and environment.
  • Adherence to strict interview and subcontract provisions to prevent fraudulent candidate representation.

Scheduling:

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
  • Remote work with occasional travel to Harrisburg, PA as needed.
