Full-Time | Field-Based | Telecommunications Sales | Commission-Based
Marino Impact is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives. In this role, you’ll meet customers in their homes, learn about their telecommunications needs, and recommend solutions that fit their situation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys face-to-face conversations, building relationships, and working independently. You’ll receive the opportunity to develop your sales skills while representing telecommunications products and services in local communities.
Meet with customers in their homes and learn about their telecommunications needs.
Explain available products and services in a clear and professional manner.
Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs and preferences.
Guide customers through the sales process from the initial conversation through completion.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
Follow up with customers and prospects as needed.
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
Work toward individual activity and sales goals.
Manage your daily schedule and territory efficiently.
Strong face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers in residential settings.
Ability to build rapport with people from different backgrounds.
Positive and professional approach to customer interactions.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Comfortable handling occasional rejection and staying focused on goals.
Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver's license required.
Reliable personal vehicle required for daily travel.
Mobile device with cellular data required.
This is a commission-based sales position. Representatives may earn approximately $100,000–$250,000 annually, depending on individual sales performance and other factors. Actual earnings vary.
