Responsibilities

Greet clients as they walk into our Rifle office and make them feel at home.

Prepare and process policy changes and renewals with accuracy.

Answer phone inquiries and help current policyholders understand their coverage options.

Maintain organized digital records for our client base.

Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments and gathering information for quotes.

Stay updated on local insurance regulations and company-specific programs.

Requirement

Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License in Colorado or the willingness to obtain one quickly.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic proficiency with computer software and data entry tasks.

Clear and friendly verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Previous experience in a customer service role is helpful but not strictly required.
