AGC Auto Glass and Car Care is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Management Trainee!

No previous management or sales experience is required. We provide paid training and hands-on experience to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced business environment.
As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn our business from the ground up while gaining real-world experience in sales, customer service, marketing, and operations.
Compensation:
$650 - $1,000 Per Week
Responsibilities:
Connect with customers and provide a professional, positive experience
Learn and apply effective sales and customer service techniques
Educate customers about auto glass repair, windshield replacement, and hail damage services
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services
Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
Support customer outreach, promotions, and marketing initiatives
Build strong, long-term customer relationships
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Learn daily business operations and administrative processes
Develop communication, leadership, and team-building skills
Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and performance grow
Assist with training and supporting new team members as you advance
