Job description

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related scientific field.
2. 1-3 years of relevant industrial laboratory experience.
3. Demonstrated job stability, with a consistent employment history (e.g., no frequent job changes such as three positions within two years).
And skill for R&D Technician position,
Interest in hands-on R&D work in paint and coating lab rather than routine testing.
Experience with sample preparation and laboratory testing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
Follow the safety protocols and comfortable working with the chemicals.
