Job Summary:
You aren’t just behind a bar; you are at the helm of an atmosphere. We are looking for a technician who masters the classics, an artist who understands flavor profiles, and a host who anticipates a guest's needs before they do.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drink Preparation: Mixing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
· Order Management: Taking orders directly from guests or through waitstaff and accurately entering them into a Point of Sale (POS) system.
· Product Recommendations: Informing guests about specials, explaining drink menus, and suggesting beverages based on their preferences.
· Financial Transactions: Processing payments, managing open tabs, and balancing cash receipts at the end of each shift
· Age Verification: Checking identification to ensure all guests are of legal drinking age before serving alcohol.
Requirements:
· Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Must excel at clear, courteous communication with both guests and internal teams.
Base Pay:
$16.90+ Tips
