Position Information

Classification Title - Program Coordinator II

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications - Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience preparing reports, meeting materials, and project documentation.Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and recommend solutions.Ability to work independently while managing competing deadlines.

Position Summary - The Program Coordinator II supports the Defense Community Resilience Program (DCRP) through project coordination, operational support, stakeholder engagement, and administrative management. The position assists with planning and tracking project activities, coordinating internal and external partners, preparing reports and project materials, supporting proposal development, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables. The incumbent also supports outreach activities, events, and program evaluation efforts while assisting with division administrative and operational processes. The position serves as a key resource in maintaining project continuity and supporting the successful delivery ofDCRPinitiatives.
