The Casualty Claims Consultant is responsible for the oversight and strategic management of General Liability Bodily Injury claims arising from 7-Eleven retail operations. This role provides direction to the Third-Party Administrator (TPA), ensures high-quality claims handling, and manages complex and high-exposure matters. The Consultant partners closely with in-house counsel, defense counsel, internal business units, and external stakeholders to drive timely, accurate, and cost-effective claim outcomes.
