Manager, Technical Transformation

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. Recruiting for this role ends on 10/02/2026. Work you'll do As a Manager, Technical Transformation on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for leading the technical development, configuration, and integration of OneStream solutions that support enterprise financial management objectives.

• Lead the technical design, configuration, and deployment of OneStream solutions for budgeting, planning, and federal government use cases
• Oversee integration of OneStream with enterprise platforms, data sources, and downstream systems to support solution performance and reliability
• Guide development teams through build activities, resolve technical issues, and maintain delivery quality across workstreams
• Support delivery within an agile software development lifecycle, including technical planning, sprint execution, testing, and release coordination
• Drive technical solution optimization, extensibility, and customization to meet client requirements and business objectives

Using advanced, scalable data and tech platforms, we also generate actionable insights and analytics, streamline decision making and enable data driven profitable growth. Manages risk and opportunities associated with diverse and complex grant programs through end-to-end grants management solutions.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Active Secret clearance
• 4+ years of OneStream experience in budgeting, planning, and/or federal use cases including demonstrated ability to develop and configure OneStream solutions
• 2+ years of OneStream experience may qualify if supplemented by 5+ years of experience with similar EPM technology
• At least one OneStream certification
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• Experience with OneStream extensibility, advanced customization, and complex integrations
• OneStream certifications
• Experience across multiple OneStream use cases, including budgeting, planning, consolidation, and reporting
• Relevant federal or core-finance-process experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $128,000 to $252,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
