The Sage Group's client, the leading search engine in the world and more is searching for a contract Marketing Coordinator. Responsibilities include leading and project managing creative localization activities for global paid performance campaigns and in-market creative rotations (text ads, static banner ads, video ads for multiple digital platforms including AC, ASA, GSEM, Social) across 10+ countries. Own strategy and refresh cadence across ASA and GSEM, ensuring we're running the best keywords across platforms to convert downloads. Apply learnings internationally to 10+ markets. Manage all aspects linked to final delivery of creative assets to media agency including developing creative names according to the Creative Nomenclature, generating YouTube links, requesting SMP links. Own post click strategy across platforms including developing new CPPs with new product images when applicable. Create and maintain campaign repository to easily keep track, gain access and share all the creative developed (both a deck for easy access and a trix for easy tracking). Maintain a tracker capturing licensing and usage terms of different creative elements (like images, voiceover, music, etc.). Develop a global central repository of useful campaign material. Manage agency scope and POs for creative production with external creative partners (Jellyfish, NewFangled, Pencil Pro). Manage creative budget and track spending progress, flagging over/under spend with 1 month notice before end of quarter. Own creative review process: Coordinate creative reviews and approvals of use cases, storyboards and animations with various stakeholders including PMMs, CAM Creative, iGA leads, Brand leads & Legal. Drive regular cadence of learnings.
Deliverables include localized creative and keywords: including videos, static banned, text ads for 10+ markets. Creative repository: Deck capturing all visuals. Trix capturing all creative details (including link to folders, creative names and creative rotations). Creative Names: develop creative names for each master and localized asset according to the Creative Nomenclature. YouTube and SMP links: for all videos and assets for the campaign. Licensing tracker: capturing licensing and usage terms of different creative elements (like images, voiceover, music, etc.). Projects trackers: capturing main resources for each project. Creative learnings: document or deck collating all creative learning from campaigns on a quarterly basis, with adhoc read outs as needed.
Requirements include 3+ years' experience in marketing coordinator or similar role, coordinating large scale campaigns. Experience working on and developing creative campaigns partnering with agencies. Localization exp. Foundational understanding of different performance marketing channels. Understanding of SEM, landing pages, keyword strategies. Experience building and consolidating reports and insights for executive audiences.
Duration: 12+ month contract. Location: Remote in the US. Compensation: $50/hr. W2.
