Our multidisciplinary model allows physicians to care for the whole patient while working closely with colleagues across medical and behavioral health disciplines.Summary/ObjectiveThe Family Medicine Physician will manage a primary care panel and provide comprehensive care with the collaboration and support of an integrated team that includes physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health clinicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other clinical professionals. The scope of practice can be individualized based on the physician's interests and experience, with opportunities to provide care in adult medicine, pediatrics, and reproductive and women's health.
