Legacy Medical Academy is seeking a Program Director to lead and strengthen healthcare training programs serving students and adult learners across Indiana. This leadership role oversees Legacy's state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program as well as Qualified Medication Aide (QMA), insulin administration, and related healthcare workforce credential programs.
The Program Director plays a central role in ensuring program quality, supporting instructors, maintaining regulatory compliance, and strengthening partnerships with schools and clinical providers. This position offers the opportunity to help shape programs that prepare students for meaningful healthcare careers while supporting Legacy's continued statewide growth.
The Program Director works closely with Legacy leadership to ensure programs remain consistent, compliant, and positioned for long-term success. This role leads program quality, instructor support, and training outcomes across all locations.
