Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Loan Application Processing:

o Manage the end-to-end processing of mortgage loan applications, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and reviewed for accuracy.

o Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and processors to facilitate a smooth and efficient application process.

Documentation Management:

o Oversee the organization and maintenance of loan files, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

o Verify and validate all required documents and information provided by clients.

Client Communication:

o Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on the status of their loan applications.

o Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Coordination with Stakeholders:

o Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, processing, and closing departments, to ensure a coordinated and efficient workflow.

o Communicate with external stakeholders, such as real estate agents and title companies, to coordinate the closing process.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

o Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and loan program guidelines.

o Conduct quality assurance checks to minimize errors and ensure accuracy in loan documentation.

Pipeline Management:

o Monitor and manage the loan pipeline to track the progress of applications and meet closing deadlines.

o Provide regular updates to all relevant parties on the status of loans in process.

Problem Resolution:

o Proactively identify and address issues or challenges that may arise during the loan application process.

o Work with internal teams to find solutions and ensure a positive client experience.

Administrative Support:

o Provide administrative support to loan officers and other team members as needed.

o Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the loan management system.

Non-Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Promotes interdepartmental communication and culture.

Demonstrates proactive ownership, independent judgment, and urgency.

Continued focus to ensure all families (Internal and External) are receiving the best possible service.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of mortgage industry experience required.

Proactive and empowered, with the ability to think independently and act with urgency.

High integrity and a service-first, team-oriented mindset.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Detail-oriented, accurate, and familiar with mortgage software and documentation tools.
