Riverside, CA / Hybrid Must be eligible to obtain and maintain CBP clearance Blu Omega is seeking an Engineering & Integration Manager to support a federal program focused on border security and surveillance operations. This role operates within a hybrid environment and is responsible for managing and directing engineering and integration efforts supporting mission-critical systems. The position requires experience supporting systems engineering, network engineering, cybersecurity, and systems integration within a mission-driven environment. Program Overview Support U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Air and Marine Operations (AMO) mission activities that help detect, interdict, and prevent terrorism and the unlawful movement of people and contraband through integrated air and marine surveillance and communications capabilities. Compensation Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $230,000.00 Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
