We value transparent communication, clinical excellence, and maintaining a positive, low-stress environment for both our patients and our staff.We are seeking an energetic, patient-focused Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our collaborative team 3 days a week.Position SummaryAs our Dental Hygienist, you will be the cornerstone of our preventive and periodontal care programs. Partnering directly with Dr. Kleiner and our dedicated hygiene team, you will utilize modern hygiene protocols and soft-tissue laser technology to help our patients achieve optimal oral and systemic health while building long-lasting relationships in a supportive clinical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesComprehensive Oral Hygiene Care: Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis, periodontal scaling and root planing (SRP), and full-mouth debridement using gentle, thorough techniques.Laser Therapy: Administer soft-tissue laser periodontal therapy and laser-assisted bacteria reduction in accordance with practice protocols and Arizona state regulations.Diagnostic Screening: Conduct periodontal assessments, evaluate probing depths, review medical histories, and perform oral cancer screenings.Digital Radiography: Take crisp, low-radiation digital X-rays (Dexis/Dentiray) and intraoral photos to assist doctors with diagnostic planning.Patient Education & Case Acceptance: Educate patients on custom home care regimens, periodontal disease progression, and the value of recommended restorative and preventive treatments.Infection Control & Compliance: Maintain immaculate operatory sanitation, instrument sterilization, and strict adherence to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA guidelines.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience as a Dental Hygienist (required).Active Arizona Dental Hygienist License: Current, unencumbered license issued by the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners (required).Anesthesia Certification: Active Arizona Local Anesthesia Certification (required).Laser Certification: Active Arizona Dental Laser Certification (required).CPR/BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification for healthcare providers (required).Nitrous Oxide Credentials: Arizona Nitrous Oxide Analgesia Certification (preferred).Clinical & Soft Skills: Demonstrated expertise in periodontal disease identification, SRP execution, soft-tissue management, and an empathetic chairside manner.Why You'll Love Working With UsCompetitive Hourly Pay: $45.00 – $51.00/hour depending on experience.Dual Bonus Opportunities: Eligible for both Monthly Team Performance Bonuses and Monthly Hygiene Incentive Bonuses!Work-Life Balance: Predictable part-time schedule (Mondays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with no weekend hours.Modern Tech-Forward Practice: Work with Dexis/Dentiray digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and soft-tissue lasers.Supportive Culture: Collaborate with a dedicated doctor and experienced hygiene colleagues in a warm, welcoming environment.Ready to Join Our Team?If you are a skilled, compassionate Dental Hygienist looking for a supportive, technology-driven practice in Gilbert, we want to hear from you!Apply today with your resume to join Classic Dental Care!
