Responsibilities
Provides overall administrative support to the Project Manager
Assists the Project Engineer with log maintenance
Attends and documents weekly staff meetings
Assists Superintendents as requested
Assists the Project Manager/Project Engineers with monthly report production
Assists Project Manager/Project Engineers with safety statistics monthly report
Assists Project Manager/Project Engineer in the documentation of punch listing process
Coordinates reproduction of contract documents, submittals, and blueprinting requests
Implements and maintains project filing system
Assists with other responsibilities as determined by the Project Executive/Project Manager
Maintains Gilbane inventory
Qualifications
High School diploma required; Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years of experience in the field or related area
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Some knowledge of commercial/institutional construction projects
Knowledge of Procore
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Strong technical and communication skills
