Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join our assurance team. The Audit Senior will lead engagements, supervise staff, and work directly with clients across various industries to deliver high-quality audit and assurance services.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a collaborative client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
Supervise and mentor audit staff
Prepare and review financial statements and workpapers
Evaluate internal controls and identify areas of risk
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and firm leadership
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service
Ensure compliance with GAAP and GAAS standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
CPA preferred or actively pursuing
2–5 years of public accounting audit experience
Experience with audits, reviews, and compilations
Strong understanding of GAAP and GAAS
Experience with CaseWare, AdvanceFlow, or similar audit software preferred
Excellent communication and project management skills
