Provides clerical services in the front office as required including but not limited to ensuring the accuracy of registering all patients including obtaining documentation necessary to establish insurance eligibility. Conducts pre-screening exams/testing, manage phone calls professionally, efficiently and with excellent customer service.

Details of Education and Special Skills:
High school diploma or GED or two years' work experience preferably in an optical/retail environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral and written).
Must be computer literate (working knowledge in Electronic Health Records is a plus)
Special Requirement:
Current CPR (from the American Heart Association)
Bilingual preferred (English/ Spanish or Creole).
