The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the full-cycle recruitment process from entry-level to mid-level roles at Catena Media with a focus on sourcing and assessing candidates while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers, guiding them throughout the hiring process. This role will be responsible for hiring mainly across our hub locations; Malta and Miami. This is more than a recruitment-only role: it's an opportunity to grow within the People Experience function. The successful candidate will gain exposure to office operations, employee engagement, onboarding, and other HR processes.
