You don't need previous sales or insurance experience. Our training program, mentorship, and proven systems are designed to help new representatives develop the skills and confidence needed to build a career in life insurance sales.
You'll connect virtually with prospective clients to understand their needs and help them explore life insurance and financial protection options.
You'll learn how to explain coverage options, identify client needs, build professional relationships, follow up with prospective clients, and guide individuals and families through the life insurance process.
Previous insurance or sales experience is not required.
Candidates must obtain the appropriate life insurance license required to sell insurance in their state before conducting insurance sales.
This position is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
Representatives have the potential to earn $60,000–$160,000+ annually, based on individual sales performance, effort, and time commitment.
