Manufacturing Business Analyst

Contract role for client at Georgetown KY.

Position Details: Manufacturing Business Analyst- Georgetown KY Location: Georgetown KY 40324 or Plano TX 75075 Project Duration: 12 months (Contract to Hire) Pay Rate: $50 - $56/hr on W2

Job Description:

• Business Analyst
• IBM Maximo, MIF and business requirement gathering with technicians and engineers.
• IBM Maximo workflow and application configuration
• Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) data mapping
• SQL querying for Oracle or SQL Server databases
• Reliability metrics analysis including MTBF and MTTR
• Predictive and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) implementation
• Failure code hierarchy structure optimization
• Business requirement gathering with technicians and engineers
• Technical translation between maintenance teams and IT developers
• Functional requirement document (FRD) and UAT script creation
• Dashboard building using BIRT, Cognos, or Power BI
• Cross-functional coordination with the core business team
• Vendor management and direct collaboration with IBM for escalation
• Multi-tier communication with the internal IT team for issue resolution

Deliverables:

• Process Flows
• Mentor and knowledge transfer to client project team members
• Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
• Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
• Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
• Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
• Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
• Participate as a team member of the functional team
• Perform other duties as assigned.
