TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Sales Performance Manager to join our growing team. As a Sales Performance Manager you will be responsible for building effective relationships with existing corporate and individual customers, exploring their business models and developing an awareness of potential solution opportunities. You will be the product expert that identifies ways to increase sales in the business.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Your compensation will be a base pay of $70-$75k. Total targeted income with commission for year one is expected to be $100k+.
Training: On the job training.
Requirements: Must have 1+ years of experience in software sales; Industry experience in car rental, dealership, or travel preferred; Ability to travel 60% across the US; Bilingual in Spanish preferred; College degree preferred; Excellent presentation and relationship building skills; Proficient in MS Office products; Must have a valid driver&'s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI / DUI / DWI violations in the last five years
