Who We Are:

SiriusXM and its brands (Pandora, SiriusXM Media, AdsWizz, Simplecast, and SiriusXM Connect) are leading a new era of audio entertainment and services by delivering the most compelling subscription and ad-supported audio entertainment experience for listeners -- in the car, at home, and anywhere on the go with connected devices. Our vision is to shape the future of audio, where everyone can be effortlessly connected to the voices, stories and music they love wherever they are. This is the place where a diverse group of emerging talent and legends alike come to share authentic and purposeful songs, stories, sounds and insights through some of the best programming and technology in the world. Our critically-acclaimed, industry-leading audio entertainment encompasses music, sports, comedy, news, talk, live events, and podcasting. No matter their individual role, each of our employees plays a vital role in bringing SiriusXM’s vision to life everyday.

Pandora

Pandora, a subsidiary of SiriusXM, is the largest ad-supported audio entertainment streaming service in the U.S. Pandora provides consumers with a uniquely-personalized music and podcast listening experience with its proprietary Music Genome Project ® and Podcast Genome Project ® technology. Pandora is available through its mobile app, the web, and integrations with more than 2,000 connected products.

How you’ll make an impact:

We have a terrific opportunity for a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality products while driving organizational clarity, alignment, and technical evolution in a complex, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will operate as a department-level strategist and orchestrator, leading mission-critical, multi-year initiatives that span Mobile, Platform, and dependent systems. You will be accountable not only for delivery, but for shaping how large programs are planned, sequenced, communicated, and executed across the organization. Your leadership will influence engineering strategy, execution frameworks, and decision-making at the Director and VP level.

What you’ll do

● Own delivery of mission-critical, multi-year programs spanning multiple engineering organizations and technical domains

● Define program strategy and execution, partnering closely with senior product and engineering leadership

● Lead initiatives in highly ambiguous environments, establishing clarity, structure, and execution models

● Anticipate, surface, and resolve systemic, cross-organizational risks and dependencies

● Define and institutionalize org-wide program management frameworks, operating rhythms, and governance models

● Remove structural blockers that impede execution across teams and domains

● Shape architectural conversations by applying deep technical understanding to sequencing, trade-offs, and long-term platform implications

● Drive executive-level communication, crafting concise, decision-ready narratives and scenario-based options

● Mentor and coach Staff and Senior TPMs, raising the bar for execution excellence across the organization

● Serve as a trusted advisor to Directors and VPs on delivery health, risk posture, and prioritization

What you’ll need:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent practical experience

● 8+ years (or equivalent impact) leading complex, cross-organizational technical programs

● Proven experience delivering and maintaining software at scale to millions of active users

● Strong architectural literacy across multiple systems and platforms

● Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority

● Experience defining execution frameworks and operating rhythms at organizational scale

● Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and decision framing

● Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

● Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.

● Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $150,900 to $207,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.

Our goal at SiriusXM is to provide and maintain a work environment that fosters mutual respect, professionalism and cooperation. SiriusXM is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, creed, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, alienage or citizenship status, age, disability or handicap, sex, gender identity, marital status, familial status, veteran status, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local laws.

The requirements and duties described above may be modified or waived by the Company in its sole discretion without notice.
