The Human Resources (HR) Generalist will serve as a strategic partner for our water business segment, a dynamic manufacturing environment where innovation meets industrial excellence. The HR Generalist will balance operational HR functions with strategic workforce initiatives by working closely with plant leadership, manufacturing teams, and corporate HR to drive employee engagement, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the talent needs of this growing division.
