Program Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Program Manager to oversee project schedules and maintain timelines across all active workstreams. This role is critical in ensuring that milestones align with the overall program schedule. The ideal candidate will identify potential risks and gaps in resources or technical aspects, driving resolutions with engineering and supplier teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain timelines across all active workstreams.
- Identify schedule, resource, and technical gaps before they become blockers, and drive resolution with engineering and supplier teams.
- Build and maintain reporting to provide leadership with a clear view of program health.
- Connect individual supplier industrialization projects to the broader company program schedule and flag downstream impacts.
- Partner with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to keep priorities and dependencies visible and coordinated.
- Run recurring status reviews and updates to keep projects moving and decisions timely.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within a hardware, manufacturing, or supplier-facing engineering environment.
- Experience supporting new product development (NPD) programs from concept through production ramp, including supplier industrialization or NPI.
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent programs and tying each back to a larger program schedule.
- Strong skills in gap analysis and proactive risk identification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Background in manufacturing and NPI/new-product-development.
- Experience with medical devices, as their quality and regulatory requirements are stringent.
- Comfortable gathering data, organizing information, and creating dashboards.

This is a hybrid position with access to Emeryville being important. The company is a fast-paced, rapidly growing battery company.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
