Join Rancho Water as its Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Manager and combine your skills in technical engineering expertise, project leadership, and team development while helping shape the infrastructure that supports a growing region. From long-range capital planning to the construction of essential utility facilities, your work will directly influence the District's ability to deliver reliable, high-quality services to its customers. The CIP Manager will lead the planning, design, and delivery of critical water, recycled water, and wastewater infrastructure.
A PE license is required; out-of-state candidates must be able to transfer their PE license within one year of hire. A Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is desired.
**HIRING BONUS: $5,000 paid at start date and $5,000 paid after one year of service. **
