The Director, Urgent Care Operations is responsible for the continuous, effective operations across our seven (7) regional urgent care centers, managing the business, staff, and non-clinical daily functions. Works with Senior Director, Medical Director, front line managers and staff to improve the quality of care, strengthen the financial performance of the group practice offices, and to improve patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. In conjunction with medical staff leadership, including Senior Medical Director, Physician Department Chairs and Physician Team Leaders, develops and implements business plans for existing and future departments and programs. Leads by example. Works with the team to reduce infrastructure and to promote high value performance. This is a management position.
