Market Leader - West AL

Prewett Pest Control is seeking a Market Leader for its West Alabama operations to manage and oversee the sales and service functions for the Tuscaloosa and surrounding areas. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, competitive, success driven and has a proven track record in leading a high performing sales and service organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service footprint located in Tuscaloosa and surrounding areas
• Manage and oversee integration initiatives for mergers and acquisitions
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and growth initiatives
• Manage service center financial KPI's and profit & loss goals
• Oversee route planning optimization, inventory management, and implementation of field service protocols
• Create and communicate sales and service KPI's and progress on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to the service and sales teams
• Recruit, interview, hire and train field sales and service professionals
• Work closely with the sales team with goal setting, accountability, pipeline management, community involvement, referral marketing and participating in company hosted events
• Oversee a cross-sell program for existing customers
• Work with and facilitate membership and engagement with local chambers of commerce, realtor associations, home builder associations and other partnership organizations
• Oversee ongoing technical training and education for termite and pest control programs

Requirement

• 5+ years experience in the pest control industry
• Extensive technical knowledge and experience in Integrated Pest Management
• Relevant experience leading and managing a successful sales and service organization
• Must be able to show a proven track record leading a team and growing a sales and service organization
• Licenses in pest, termite and mosquito are required (or should be obtained)
