Manager of Administrative Operations
Location: 18 Chestnut Street, Worcester, MA Salary: $54,000$66,000 annually Onsite Position

At Ascentria Care Alliance, the work happening behind the scenes is essential to the work happening in our communities. We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, people-focused Manager of Administrative Operations who knows how to bring structure to a busy environment, solve problems, and create an office experience where people feel supported and welcomed.
This is more than an office management role. You'll be a key operational partner responsible for helping ensure that our workplace runs smoothly, professionally, safely, and efficiently every day.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Supervise, coach, and develop Administrative Office staff
- Coordinate reception services and help ensure a welcoming experience for employees, visitors, clients, vendors, and community partners
- Oversee office services, supplies, shared spaces, conference rooms, and workplace resources
- Coordinate facility services, vendors, contracts, schedules, and service requests
- Manage building access, key cards, keys, and related access records
- Help implement safety, security, visitor management, and emergency-response procedures
- Support Executive Team members and business units with administrative and operational needs
- Establish consistent office procedures, standards, tools, and best practices
- Review processes and vendor services to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and manage costs
- Help create an organized, responsive, and collaborative workplace where people can do their best work

We're looking for:
- At least 5 years of progressive administrative, operations, or office management experience
- Previous supervisory experience, including employee selection, coaching, and performance management
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, service-oriented approach and the ability to build strong relationships across departments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other business systems
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related fieldor equivalent relevant experience
Experience with workplace operations, facilities administration, reception services, or similar operational support functions is a plus.
