Globe Life is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Mainframe modernization experience to lead the assessment, planning, and execution of the XICS transformation program. This role will analyze the current Mainframe-based policy print and correspondence ecosystem, define future-state solutions, develop a modernization roadmap, and ultimately transition into a Program Management role overseeing delivery.
The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of Mainframe technologies with strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and program leadership skills.
