Buckingham Companies is looking for a Strategic Finance & AI Analyst to help modernize how a $3B+ real estate platform forecasts cash, builds budgets, and understands its own performance using AI as a core tool, not an afterthought. This is a rare seat: you'll report directly to our CEO and CFO, own enterprise-wide cash forecasting and the annual budget process, and be trusted to build the automated workflows and dashboards that leadership relies on to make decisions across 70+ properties. If you love Excel, are genuinely excited about what AI tools like Claude can do for financial analysis, and want to build your own function inside a growing, vertically integrated real estate company we want to talk to you.
This position is intentionally dual-function: analyst and builder. You'll have direct visibility with the CEO and CFO from day one and a ground-floor opportunity to lead and build the finance function within Buckingham's Accounting & Finance group shaping the processes, tools, and team that support it as you go. It's a high-growth position with a defined path forward: as the function and your scope expand, so does your role, with a clear track to Manager of Finance and beyond.
