Imaging Services Supervisor

Location: Pembroke Pines, Florida

Summary: Supervises the daily activities of assigned Imaging staff. Walk-ins welcomed. Last interviews are at 4:30PM, so please arrive by 4PM.

Responsibilities:

• Performs staff responsibilities, as needed, to fulfill required service levels.
• Assists with the preparation of the operational capital budget under the guidance of Imaging leadership.
• Orders supplies and maintains appropriate inventory level in accordance with established budget.
• Leads service recovery efforts regarding complex patient issues and complaints to facilitate resolution.
• Trains, coaches, and evaluates staff performance and sets expectations.
• Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
• Develops and implements action plans to meet and exceed performance improvement and safety initiatives.
• Coordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
• Reviews and approves payroll for direct reports.
