In collaboration with leadership, the Clinical Program Manager RN supports nursing practice, quality initiatives, and clinical improvement efforts across the division. This role is responsible for leading teams in developing and implementing evidence-based nursing and clinical practices, utilizing established standards, research findings, and quality improvement principles.
The Clinical Program Manager RN works with a wide range of stakeholdersincluding Nursing and Operations leaders, Educators, Quality and Safety leaders, Infection Prevention, Supply Chain, and Physiciansto advance nursing and clinical practice. This position provides expert consultation on nursing standards and regulatory requirements and partners with division and local leaders to create effective communication and implementation strategies for clinical changes. The Clinical Practice Manager will help ensure that best practice evidence is integrated into daily operations, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
