Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a qualified Remote Salesforce BSA in support of one of our large healthcare clients in Virginia. This candidate will be responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and creating documentation related to Salesforce business processes, application functionality, requirements, and feature enhancements. Their day-to-day will include attending stakeholder meetings, partnering with developers, QA teams, and business leaders, documenting system functionality and workflows, maintaining knowledge repositories, and ensuring project documentation remains accurate and up to date. A qualified candidate will have experience supporting Salesforce initiatives, gathering requirements from stakeholders, creating business and technical documentation, and working within Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
Attend meetings with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders Capture and document business requirements, feature enhancements, workflows, and system functionality Review and update existing Salesforce documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness Identify outdated, missing, or inconsistent documentation and recommend improvements Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, knowledge articles, workflow documentation, and release documentation Organize and maintain project documentation repositories within Confluence Track documentation efforts and deliverables within Jira Partner with technical and business teams to ensure documentation remains aligned with current Salesforce functionality and project goals Support documentation needs for Salesforce Health Cloud, OmniStudio, and related Salesforce initiatives
