At Everett Ship Repair—founded in 2019 and rapidly growing in Everett, WA—you’ll apply your journeyman-level craft on commercial workboats and passenger vessels. We repair, maintain, and convert ships with the capacity and ambition of a premier Pacific Northwest yard, and we’re advancing fast alongside our experienced team and strong dry-docking capability.
Imagine This
You’re called to a medium-sized passenger vessel. The propulsion control alarms intermittently. You pull the schematic, verify voltage and resistance through the circuit, inspect trays and hangers you helped lay out, and isolate a control signal issue. By day’s end, the propulsion is stable, lights are commissioned, and steering controls are validated—ready for sea trials.
