This position requires an Active Top Secret clearance. The selected person will lead and implement the Industrial Security/Special Access program encompassing classified and/or proprietary materials, documents, employee clearances and classified equipment. Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies. Works closely with U. S. Government customers to receive, submit, and process classified request. Manages across multiple sites and business areas. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
