2026 Safe Passages Program Associate VISTA
Safe Passages Program Associate VISTAs are placed with various Safe Passages departments, such as Program Development, Food Security, and Health and Wellness, to help increase the effectiveness and sustainability of Safe Passages programming. The programs support low income student, and their families, basic needs, access to services and goods, behavioral health, school engagement and academic success.
Member Duties: Safe Passages Program Associate VISTAs are placed with various Safe Passages departments, such as Program Development, Food Security, and Health and Wellness, to help increase the effectiveness and sustainability of Safe Passages programming. Activities include developing tools and systems that strengthen program operations; researching best practices to inform program improvements; designing internal processes that streamline how staff coordinate activities; and supporting data analysis efforts to help staff make informed decisions, improve service delivery models, and strengthen grant proposals.
