Campaign Coordinator
Location: Monsey NY
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, In-Office
Compensation: Starting at $80,000+, commensurate with experience
Position Overview
We are seeking a personable, outgoing, and highly motivated Campaign Coordinator to help drive fundraising campaigns and events from planning through execution.
Working closely with project managers and the fundraising team, this individual will help coordinate campaigns, engage supporters, build relationships, and develop new networks to expand our reach and drive sustainable growth.
This is a highly interactive role for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and being part of a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support fundraising campaigns and events from start to finish.
- Work closely with project managers and the fundraising team to ensure smooth execution.
- Build relationships and network with individuals and organizations to recruit new fundraisers and supporters.
- Identify and develop new networks, communities, and demographics to expand campaign reach.
- Engage supporters and help motivate them to participate in fundraising initiatives.
- Assist with campaign planning, outreach, communications, and follow-up.
- Track campaign activity and help ensure goals and deadlines are met.
- Provide creative ideas and contribute to the growth and success of fundraising initiatives.
Qualifications
- 4–5+ years of professional office experience or experience working in a similar organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personable, outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with people from all backgrounds.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Passionate, empathetic, and genuinely connected to the organization’s mission.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Important: This is a full-time, in-office position Monday–Friday. The schedule and in-office requirement are non-negotiable.
