Manufacturing Coordinator

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, printing, production planning, scheduling, or related experience preferred
- Strong computer skills with experience using spreadsheets and business software
- Advanced knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent time management abilities
Job Duties
- Coordinate and support print production schedules and workflow
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment
- Monitor production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Use computer systems, spreadsheets, and software programs to track work and production activity
- Collaborate with team members to support production goals and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records and production documentation
- Assist with job planning and scheduling activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Manufacturing Coordinator.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
