Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
Job Summary:
Avant ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team in Greensboro, NC. As a key member of our behavior analysis team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement and monitor behavioral interventions, including functional behavioral assessments, skill assessment, and skill acquisition strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure successful treatment outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis
• Ensure accurate and timely data collection and documentation, maintaining high standards of confidentiality
• Develop and implement strategies to promote staff training and development, enhancing the overall quality of services
