Residency Program Coordinator
Centrally located within the heart of California, Adventist Health Tulare has been serving the Central Valley since 2018. We are comprised of a 108-bed acute care hospital, emergency department and provide primary and specialty care services to best serve our community. Tulare is situated in a delightful and geographically diverse region. There are a variety of opportunities for all-season outdoor recreation such as camping, hiking, water and snow skiing, fishing and boating. It is also within an hour's travel time to Yosemite, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. In addition to the beautiful landscape, it also offers a great cost of living and close-knit communities.
Coordinates the residency program to strengthen the performance of residents and fellows by ensuring accreditation standards and educational outcomes are met while promoting organizational strategies and priorities. Partners with the other departments to provide technical and operational expertise to ensure resident education is designed/deployed based on organizational strategies, educational and accreditation standards and best practices. Implements an evidence based curriculum that focuses on patient outcomes and leadership in the management of patient care. Runs program(s) with moderate budget/impact.
