Kia of Abilene is HIRING NOW and looking for high-energy, motivated professionals for a modern automotive sales position combining in-store sales, internet sales, and social media content creation.

We are conducting virtual interviews TODAY. Interview times are limited.

• Strong communication skills in person, online, and on camera

• Comfortable engaging customers through digital platforms and social media

• Sales experience is a plus but not required

PAID TRAINING 100% ATTENDANCE REQUIRED

All selected candidates must attend and successfully complete the entire training program.

• Failure to complete 100% of training will result in disqualification

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers and sell vehicles in person and online

• Handle internet leads, follow-ups, and customer communications

• Create short-form videos and social media content as part of daily responsibilities

• Post approved content to designated social media platforms

• Communicate with customers through phone, text, email, and digital channels

• Represent Kia of Abilene professionally at all times

• Follow established sales, marketing, and customer-engagement processes

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT POLICY

As part of this position, employees may create videos, photos, and other digital content in connection with their job duties. Work-related content created within the scope of employment may be used by the dealership and its authorized partners for marketing, advertising, training, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and company policy.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Willing and comfortable being on camera

• Ability to create digital and social media content

• Ability to work a flexible automotive retail schedule

• Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing training
