Seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, design, development, and support of enterprise applications supporting complex financial business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, relational databases, enterprise application development, and systems analysis.
The Systems Analyst will serve as a lead developer, technical advisor, and subject matter expert while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise software applications.
Serve as a lead developer and subject matter expert for financial business applications.
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the SDLC.
Review application architecture and recommend technical improvements.
Support Quality Assurance activities from development through production deployment.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent solutions.
Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, development standards, and best practices.
Develop technical documentation and system design artifacts.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Participate in code reviews and application modernization efforts.

Minimum 5%2B years of experience working with Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.
Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL programming.
Experience developing and maintaining software supporting complex financial business processes.
Strong analytical and systems analysis skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience leading software development teams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET.
